The SIAS Level 2 Certificate in the Fundamentals of Healthcare Estates is designed to develop the learner’s knowledge and understanding in the maintenance of essential healthcare estates infrastructure.  The qualification is aimed at individuals entering the healthcare estates sector.  Following completion of the qualification, the learner will have a clear understanding of how to carry out the role of an operative within the sector.
